vegan almond bark


Just a super simple way to make a nutritious and delicious snack…


  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 (10 oz.) bag dairy free chocolate chips
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • fleur de sel salt


Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

In a small pot, heat the oil on low heat, until melted.  Add the chocolate chips and stir until melted and smooth… on low heat.

Remove pot from heat and mix in the almonds and cranberries.  Transfer mixture to the pan and use a rubber spatula to flatten and even out.  Sprinkle top with some salt.  Place in the fridge for 30 minutes or until set.  Remove from fridge and allow to come to room temperature prior to slicing (about 30 minutes).  Slice and eat.
