- 15 strawberries, sliced in half & frozen
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 cup egg whites
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup of ice
Place the strawberries, protein powder, egg whites and honey in your blender. Blend them on high for about 3 minutes. Add the ice and blend for additional 2 minutes.
Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for 4 hours. Scoop and serve immediately. Store leftovers in freezer.
Yields 6 servings.
Optional: I mixed in an additional 5 finely chopped strawberries after I blended the mixture (prior to freezing) for some texture.
