Another non-committal dessert. Its perfect for those last minute, late night, sweet tooth situations that you just cannot defer from.
If your a peanut butter and chocolate lover … this will be your new thing. You probably definitely have these ingredients right now.
- 4 tbs flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 3 tbs creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbs chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a medium bowl, vigorously whisk together the first 5 ingredients. Lastly fold in the chips. Transfer batter to ramekin and place on a baking sheet.
If using a deep ramekin (like I did), bake for 15-17 minutes. Allow to cool slightly. If your ramekin is shallow and wider, bake for 6-7 minutes.
Yields 1 serving.
