The easiest, cleanest and yummest treat you will ever create.
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1.5 tbs maple syrup
- 6 tsp almond butter
In a small bowl, combine the first three ingredients until fully incorporated. Using 6 mini muffin cups, pour 1 tsp of the mixture into each muffin cup. Place them all on a tray and freeze them for 15 minutes. Remove from freezer, add your filling – 1 tsp almond butter in the center of each cup. Pour remaining chocolate layer on top of each. Place back in the freezer for 30 minutes. If you have leftover, make sure to store them in the fridge.
Yields 6 mini cups.
You can use anything for the filling.. I also tried it with some chopped walnuts and dried cranberries – amazing.
