Simplest chicken dish you will ever make. And its got all the right ingredients..
- 1.5 lbs chicken breasts
- 8 slices bacon, sliced in half
- ranch dressing
- shredded cheddar cheese
- salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Slice each chicken breast, lengthwise, as thin as possible. Each chicken breast should come out to at least 3 cutlets. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
On a flat surface place a strip of bacon and then the chicken cutlet. Roll up from smallest side, inward. Place each roll up in your baking dish, top with ranch dressing and then with cheese. Cover baking dish loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Yields 4-6 servings.
