Based off of the response I received yesterday – 4 Ingredient FLOURLESS Nutella Brownies – I thought I would concoct a more traditional, yes still simple, recipe. Although, I must state that the flourless ones were my favorite… these are cakey-ier. and delicious.
PREP TIME: 5 MINUTES
BAKE TIME: 25-30 MINUTES
- 1 1/4 cups Nutella
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line an 8×8″ brownie pan with parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Transfer batter into the pan and spread out mixture using a rubber spatula.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. DO NOT over-bake!
Store leftovers in an airtight container.
Yields 16 bars.
