I know everyone is posting pumpkin and apple pie recipes but it was close to 90 degrees in New York today. So we made some of these to fade on. Make them on game day – just the easiest and most delicious cocktail i’ve made in a while.

- 1 (750 ml) bottle Prosecco
- 24 oz. frozen fruit of choice
Add ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
Yields 4 servings.
Sub in any champagne for the Prosecco.
