Remake of my Best Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Ever recipe… with some adjustments.
These cookies are absolutely ridiculous tasting. Everything you would expect in a Nutella cookie. Chocolatey hazelnut goodness. We heart them so very much.
- 1 cup Nutella
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temp.
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 tbs milk of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 F. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, using a hand mixer, mix the Nutella, butter and sugar until blended. Beat in the egg, milk and vanilla.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder and salt.
Add the dry mixture to the wet, a little at a time, and mix to combine. Cover mixture with wax paper and refrigerate for minimum of 1 hour. Form balls and place on cookie sheets. Using your fingers, flatten the tops.
Bake for 8-10 minutes. DO NOT OVER BAKE, even if they look undercooked. They will be perfectly soft & chewy.
Yields 36 cookies.
