gluten free breakfast pizza toasts

 

Out of desire to try something new for breakfast this came to fruition and thank god it did. Β This was so easy and so very good.

Ingredients:

  • olive oil
  • 6 slices gluten free toast
  • 2 plum tomatoes, diced
  • 2 strips turkey bacon, chopped
  • shredded mozzarella cheese
  • fresh basil, chopped

Directions:

Preheat oven to 450 F.

Place bread slices on cookie sheet and lightly drizzle with olive oil.

Layer on the tomatoes, then the turkey, next the mozzarella and finally the basil. Β Bake for 7 minutes or until cheese bubbles.

Yields 3 servings.
