chocolate peanut butter fudge bars

Simplicity in its perfect and sweetest form.  Adapted from a Food Network recipe.

I love NO BAKE recipes.  I adore recipes that only have a few ingredients.  And, of course, I love recipes that taste phenomenal.  As you can see, bless this fudge for hitting all the marks.  The taste factor you will have to try and let me know how much you are obsessed with it.  Enjoy and happy weekend!

In a small pot, over medium low heat, melt the chocolate chips, 3/4 cup coconut cream and a pinch of salt, keep stirring until smooth.  Spoon mixture onto the bottom of an 8×8 parchment paper lined brownie pan, in sections (as pictured below).

In a separate small pot, over medium low heat, melt the peanut butter chips with the rest of the coconut cream left in the can and a pinch of salt; stir until smooth.  Pour over the chocolate and place pan in your freezer for at least 1 hour or until set.

Remove from freezer and slice as desired.  I cut them into small bite size squares.  Store in an airtight container in your fridge.

…delicious happens
