This dish is pure fire literally and figuratively. Super flavor in those spicy shrimp. And definitely try and use my add-ins/toppings.. they really balance the tacos (in my opinion).
- 1.5 tbs soy sauce
- 1.5 tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs honey
- 1 tsp chipotle powder (or 1 tbs canned)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 lb shrimp, deveined & de shelled
In a large bowl, mix the soy sauce, oil and honey. Add the shrimp and toss to coat.
In a small bowl, mix the spices. Sprinkle this mixture over the shrimp and toss to coat.
Heat a large skillet on medium high. Add the shrimp and cook 2 minutes per side. Remove and serve warm.

- 2 mashed Avocados w/ fresh sq lime
- Sour cream
- Diced Onion
- Hot Sauce
This combination was magnificent!
