I constantly ask myself why dont you make more smoothies Stella?” Because every time I make them, they taste so freakin good. It really is the perfect snack, especially in the summer. They are light, refreshing and packed with nutrients and of course, yummyyy!
Saying I love the flavor in this smoothie, is an understatement. You have to like banana, coffee and a hint of chocolate to be into this. But if you’re following my blog, then that would be a silly question.
- 1 large banana,
- 1/4 cup cold pressed coffee concentrate
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 tbs cacao powder
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 heaping cup ice
Toss all ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth.
Yields 1 serving
